Terms and Conditions

Please be considerate of others during your stay and ensure that your site and belongings are always kept tidy and secure. Please read the following, which applies to all guests and visitors. From the entire team, we wish you an enjoyable stay.

Check In Times
  • Sites: after 11am
  • Cabins: after 2pm
Check Out Times
  • Cabins: before 9am
  • Sites: before 10am unless prior arrangement with management.
  • Additional cleaning costs (min $50) will apply if the cabin is not left tidy.
  • No pets or bikes allowed in cabins (additional cleaning cost will apply).
  • To be always kept clean and tidy.
  • Draw bar of your caravan must face the road.
  • maximum of 6 people and 1 vehicle per site.
  • All fees are to be paid on arrival and are not refundable after checking in.
  • Extra guests are to be paid for on arrival  
Speed Limit
  • 10 km/h maximum always.
  • Only one vehicle is allowed per site.

  • Extra parking at the front of park for vehicles.

Camp Kitchen
  • Available for washing dishes and food preparation.

  • Facilities include ovens, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, and microwave.

  • Cleaning of fish is not permitted

Outdoor Camp Kitchen
  • Available for washing dishes.

  • Free barbecues, kettle, toaster, microwave and a refrigerator

  • Cleaning of fish is not permitted.

  • Please do not adjust the TV.      

  • Please leave the area clean and tidy for other guests.

  • Children under 12 years are to be supervised in and around the amenities.

  • Do not use showers to remove sand, do this outside.

  • Amenities are cleaned daily with showers and toilets closed during this time.

  • Please leave the amenities as you would like to find them.

  • Use showers sensibly with consideration for other guests.

Dump Point
  • Located behind front amenities and laundry building
  • Pets are not permitted in any accommodation, amenity or kitchen areas.

  • Pets must be always kept on a leash.

  • Do not leave pets unattended at any time.

  • Pets must not disturb other guests with noise.

  • Pet waste must be disposed of immediately and appropriately

  • Rubbish is to be bagged / wrapped before being put into rubbish bins.
  • Bottles and cans are to be put into recycling bins or the metal cages
Day Visitors
  • Visitors are welcome and have the responsibility of paying guests.
  • Visitor cars must be parked outside of the park.
  • Must be always supervised, including the camp kitchen and amenities.
  • Parents are responsible for their children’s behaviour.
Fish Cleaning
  • Fish cleaning table to be used by park patrons, please do not put fish offal in bins
Bicycles, etc.
  • When riding a bicycle, helmets must be worn, and road rules apply - no exceptions.
  • Bicycles, skateboards, etc. are not to be used after sunset or within the camp kitchen and amenities block.
  • Smoking is prohibited in and around all park buildings.
  • Clothing and normal household washing only.
  • Remove washing promptly from machines upon the completion of a cycle.
  • Clothes lines are located outside the laundry.
  • No dishes or cooking utensils are to be washed in the laundry sinks
  • Be conscious not to disturb other guests, particularly after 10pm. Non-compliance may result in eviction with no refund.
  • CCTV evidence will result in immediate eviction without refund and the offender will be held responsible for any repair costs.
Assembly Point
  • Call emergency services on 000, then notify park owners / employees via (08) 8688 2208 or on 0403 859 987 after hours


Non-compliance to these park rules gives the park owner / employee discretion to evict offenders without refund, including adults responsible for any children or animals.

NO RESPONSIBILITY will be taken by the Tumby Bay Caravan Park, owners’ employees for personal injury, damage to or loss of property.
