  • Can I request a specific site or cabin?

    Yes. Contact our friendly staff who will check availability.

  • When are your peak periods?

    Please see a list of periods when peak rates apply:

    • Summer school holidays: December through to January including Christmas & New Year
    • Australia Day & closest weekend
    • March Long Weekend (Labour Day)
    • Easter Long Weekend & April school holidays
    • ANZAC day & closest weekend
    • June Long Weekend (King’s Birthday)
    • September school holidays

  • Are you pet friendly?

    Yes. We welcome pets with guests staying in our powered and unpowered sites. Cabin #5 and Motel Room #12 is our ONLY Pet Friendly accommodation, please confirm with our friendly office staff.

    • A $40.00 pet surcharge applies.

    • Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times while on park grounds.

    • Pets are allowed only in your own camping accommodation or in our designated Pet Friendly Cabins.

  • Do you offer local discounts?

    Yes! Visit our recommended list of things to do & places to eat in Tumby & look out for our ‘partner’ logo to find exclusive Tumby Bay Caravan Park guest offers & discounts.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    1 month prior to arrival Full refund
    7 - 21 days prior to arrival 75% refund
    7 days prior to arrival No refund
    No refunds will be issued for early departure
